The South Tyrolean company “Pizza A Mano” was founded by Michael Kammerer and David Simonetti. The idea for “Pizza A Mano”, South Tyrol’s first premium pizza from the freezer shelf, arose from the original business idea of ​​offering handmade pizza with high quality ingredients and without preservatives from the vending machine.

A sophisticated recipe, the best ingredients and 100% handcraft, this is how our “Pizza A Mano” is created. The hand-formed dough base is topped by hand with the best ingredients and gently pre-baked.

We do all of this exclusively in our pizza workshop in Ehrenburg in South Tyrol.
